Paul Aiden Eckhardt, known as Aiden, represents the next evolution of EMC²—where innovation meets intuition and tradition expands into possibility. Still actively learning and growing into his role, Aiden approaches the trade with curiosity, humility, and a deep respect for the craft.
Raised as an unschooler, he learned through self-directed exploration, developing strong problem-solving skills, independence, and an intuitive understanding of both technology and hands-on work. A gifted musician and tech-savvy builder, Aiden brings creativity, adaptability, and fresh perspective to the company as he continues to sharpen his skills.
By working side by side with his father, Aiden is steadily acquiring the experience, discipline, and leadership needed to one day carry EMC² forward on his own. This shared journey—teacher and student, father and son—is the heart of the company’s long-term vision: a future where knowledge is passed down, craftsmanship endures, and Paul Adrian can eventually step back with confidence, pride, and a well-earned rest.

For Paul Adrian Eckhardt, building has never been just a profession—it’s been a lifelong calling. With over 30 years of experience in commercial construction, he has dedicated his career to designing and delivering modern, functional interior workspaces rooted in precision, integrity, and craftsmanship.
As the Responsible Managing Employee (RME) of Eckhardt Modular Construction (EMC²), Paul Adrian leads with steady expertise and a clear vision. His deep industry knowledge spans complex modular installations across technology environments, healthcare MOBs, and commercial interiors nationwide. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and collaborative leadership style, he has helped shape EMC² into a company that approaches construction smarter, cleaner, and more intentionally.
Beyond the work itself, one of Paul Adrian’s greatest achievements is building a company alongside his son and namesake—a dream years in the making. Through EMC², he is not only redefining how spaces are built, but also how legacy, leadership, and family can exist within the construction industry.

As a Certified DIRTT Installer, he brings precision, craftsmanship, and deep technical expertise to every project, ensuring each installation is executed to the highest standard.
He came to us from a career in facilities maintenance within the hotel industry, where he developed a strong, hands-on understanding of building systems, problem-solving, and operational demands. That experience shows in his work today: detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and steady under pressure.
Beyond his technical skill set, he is someone we deeply trust and value.
